About Erin Nicole

Abstract Green Light

Hi, I’m Erin Nicole.

At my core, I’m a deeply curious, creative human with a heart rooted in compassion. I’m also an artist, educator, Navy veteran, and guide for emotional and creative growth.

ErinNicole.Love was born from lived experience — from navigating illness, overwhelm, service, caregiving, and the long process of learning how to listen to the body, emotions, and intuition in a grounded, practical way.

This space exists to offer what I once needed myself: clarity, creativity, safety, and hope.

MY JOURNEY

After serving in the United States Navy as an Operations Specialist, my life took an unexpected turn.

I became chronically ill with symptoms doctors couldn’t clearly diagnose. Over the course of several years, I was in and out of hospitals, searching for answers while feeling increasingly disconnected from my body and my sense of self. Like many people living with long-term or unexplained illness, I was told everything looked “normal” — even as my lived experience felt anything but.

That season changed me.

Through deep listening, study, and lived practice, I began to understand how stress, emotional overload, unprocessed experiences, and nervous system dysregulation can profoundly affect the body. I explored creative practices, emotional intelligence tools, energy-based modalities, and mind–body approaches — not as an escape from medicine, but as a way to support my body’s ability to regulate, heal, and restore balance.

Over time, my health improved. More importantly, my relationship with my body changed.

I learned that healing isn’t about forcing answers — it’s about creating safety, awareness, and space for the body and emotions to communicate again.

That understanding became the foundation of my work.

LIFE NOW

Today, I live on a small ranch surrounded by ducks, chickens, bees, dogs, cats, and a garden. This slower, grounded life continues to teach me about rhythm, regulation, and care — lessons I carry into everything I create and teach.

Nature, creativity, and nervous system balance aren’t concepts I study from afar. They’re part of how I live.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At ErinNicole.Love, the philosophy is simple:

Creativity is not a luxury.
It’s a biological and emotional necessity.

When people are given safe spaces to create, reflect, and slow down, the nervous system begins to regulate. Emotions become easier to understand. The body and brain start working together again.

This is why creativity, emotional intelligence, and wellness are woven through all of my work — whether I’m supporting a child, a parent, a veteran, or an educator.

No pressure.

No perfection.

Just space to reconnect.

COMMUNITY & SERVICE

I’m also the founder of We Are One Foundation, a nonprofit supporting creative education, emotional wellness, and community-based initiatives.

Alongside our own programs, the foundation serves as a fiscal sponsor for aligned projects, helping educators and creators access funding and support to bring meaningful work into their communities.

Service, creativity, and education are deeply connected in everything I do.

If you’re living with illness, exhaustion, emotional overload, or a sense that something feels off — you’re not alone.

You don’t need to be fixed.

You don’t need to have all the answers.

You deserve support, understanding, and tools that honor your body and your humanity.

I’m glad you’re here.
